FORMER TALENT ACQUISITION STRATEGY
Up to that point, job advertisements were mostly published on traditional job-boards, but applicants seldom met the standards set by the company. Social Medias were also used, yet solely through their job advertisement services (available on Linkedin and Facebook) and not for their advertisement capacities.
FACEBOOK & INSTAGRAM ADS FOR RECRUITMENT
Facebook counts 35 million monthly active users, which is about half of the French population.
The social media offers incredibly detailed criteria to target users based on location, education, job title, etc. Instagram, acquired in 2O12 by Facebook, increases the reach of our advertisement and diversifies the profiles of users touched by our ads.
We created ads that had a professional and relaxed design to encourage young people to apply. We used facebook targeting options to showcase our ads to young graduates located in the Paris area. The Ads redirected to a job board where they could easily apply.
